Loc de munca: Quality Analyst - IFM Efector/Prover

Main tasks

·   Test and analyze the product according to Product specifications (Understanding of the internal

information flow on the device - signal from the cell trough whole PCB up to the outputs; Knowledge about

the electrical components on the PCB - signal converting, signal amplifying, etc.)

·   Diagnosing nonconformities on the products ( Analyzing the scrap products, optical and electrical issues;

decide if the nonconformity is caused by equipment, supplier or production handling)

·   Checking the product capability according with the product data sheet

·   Train the QTS and SGL according with the detected nonconformities

·    Internal trainings, support and improvements of the daily Quality Technicians activities and results.

·   Support for the analysis of customer and supplier complains

·   Support for the Operational Production Quality

·   Identification of critical process steps using methods and quality techniques (5 Whys?, 8D, FMEA) and

supervising the implementation of the necessary corrective actions

In this role we look for

·         University degree in Applied Electronics

·         Excellent knowledge in electronics and handling of the measurement equipment

·         Previous experience in a comparable position

·         Good command of English and/or German

·         Good command of Excel MS-Office

·         Management and communication skills combined with team spirit

·         Customer orientation; initiative and change orientation

·         Self-reliant, motivated, results-oriented work style

·         Willingness to travel and flexibility
