1.Responsibility and full competence in quality management and operation management;

2.Responsible for project operation coordination and customer satisfaction; 

3.Coordination between interface partners and production, good communication with suppliers and customers, regularly attend tripartite meeting customers or suppliers;

4.Responsible for the operation and management of the whole project case, responsible for the quality assure and control of the whole process;

5.Responsible for on-site operation plan to organize the implementation, reasonable allocation of operators and equipments, to ensure that the work process and efficiency;

6.Responsible for on-site supervision and guidance of the process, promote standardization of the management, control the scene job specifications and job quality;

7.Responsible for on-site maintenance of customer relationships, to comply with the requirements of the clients for operation, meet the dynamic demand of customer, and timely feedback the daily job to the customer;

8.Responsible for the timely solution in the work process of abnormal situation and emergency, coordinate the relationship with other related departments;

1.University Degree in quality management or similar degree with minimum 5 years of working experience on quality management/project management/operation management in automotive industry;

2.Fluent English communication skills, German is an advantage;

3.Advanced knowledge and expertise in quality and project management/operation management, direct experience with automotive developer or supplier is a big plus;

4.Master in typical quality methods and tools (AP2P, FMEA, PPAP/VDA, 8D, 5S). Familiar with ISO TS16949 flexible application of automobile tools;
